neutron-sriov-nic-agent.service getting install default

I have deployed stein on centos 7.6 and i have noticed, deployment installing neutron-sriov-nic-agent.service everywhere, even compute nodes isn't configured for SR-IOV.

following is my host var file.

neutron-sriov-nic-agent.service loaded active running neutron-sriov-nic-agent service
neutron.slice loaded active active neutron.slice

Notes: i do have queens deployment which is not deploying sriov-agent, i have noticed this behavior only in stein.

Damn it, ignore this bug, i had entry in user_variable.yml (end of the line which i didn't realized)
