[Docs] all examples lacking correct horizon image upload mode

All example configuration are lacking the correct image upload mode for horizon.

To successfully upload a image to glance through horizon the upload mode needs to be set to "remote" in user_varibales.yml

horizon_images_upload_mode: remote

Got the "Unable to create the image." error message in Horizon Dashboard and got to modify this option to upload images.

Actually I do think, that "remote" is not valid option here. As according to [1] only "direct", "legacy" or "off" can be set here.

However you're right and as it's 'direct' by default, which requires CORS to be configured, which has been implemented since rocky https://review.opendev.org/#/c/579224/

But yeah, we should document it better I guess.
