Ceph production example in openstack-ansible: missing os-infra_hosts

The file /etc/openstack_deploy/openstack_user_config.yml as shown in this Web-page lacks the definition of 'os-infra_hosts' which is mandatory (see [1]).

Not specifying os-infra_hosts breaks the installation process:
