parameterized nova placement nginx error log level

Bug Description

Dear OpenStack community,

when deploying OpenStack,
in the nova-api-placement-container: /etc/nginx/sites-available/nova_placement_api.conf

the default Nginx log level is INFO:
"error_log /var/log/nova/nova-placement-api-error.log info;"

is it possible to have this param ansible managed in the nova-placement-nginx.conf.j2
as we don't want INFO logs under "error_log" conf.
