In the details of the /etc/network/interfaces file, the section that describes the OpenStack Networking VXLAN (tunnel/overlay) bridge, value for bridge ports field in:
auto br-vxlan
iface br-vxlan inet static
bridge_stp off
bridge_waitport 0
bridge_fd 0
bridge_ports bond1.30
address 172.29.240.11
netmask 255.255.252.0
should be eth.30 instead of bond1.30. This is an example of a Test environment and there is no bond interface defined for this setup.
