Bug Description
Currently, we are moving away from rsyslog client/server by default, using journal shipping from containers to host directly.
For distros that don't support this model for now (opensuse), we still rely on rsyslog client/server, but we changed the integration points (a task including the rsyslog_client role with parameters of the file to rotate/handle) [1].
These integration points are not automatically tested, and should be tested, ensuring the rotation happens properly.

My concern is that private: yes could at some point be changed in ansible, breaking our expectations, and we would not see it.
