galera_server /var/log/mysql_logs not readable by rsyslog

Currently /var/log/mysql_logs directory is being created with setgid (mode 2775) and owned by mysql:root. It causes files inside to be created with root group ID which makes them unaccessible for rsyslog.
Mentioned directory should be created with mysql:adm ownership.

    Set correct group membership of /var/log/mysql_logs directory

    This patch sets group membership to `adm`.
    It makes Galera log files accessible for rsyslog daemon.
