Queens: nova placement variable deprecations

Warnings from nova in Queens:

Option "os_interface" from group "placement" is deprecated for removal (Endpoint lookup uses the service catalog via common keystoneauth1 Adapter configuration options. Use the valid_interfaces option instead.). Its value may be silently ignored in the future.
Option "os_region_name" from group "placement" is deprecated for removal (Endpoint lookup uses the service catalog via common keystoneauth1 Adapter configuration options. Use the region_name option instead.). Its value may be silently ignored in the future.
Option "os_region_name" from group "placement" is deprecated. Use option "region-name" from group "placement".
Option "os_interface" from group "placement" is deprecated. Use option "valid-interfaces" from group "placement".

I believe this has been sorted out previously. I do not see any common to the reported references in nova/placement service as of today, except `os_region_name` for cinder, but that is not deprecated according to nova configuration reference: https://docs.openstack.org/nova/2023.2/configuration/config.html#cinder.os_region_name
