openstack_host_kernel_modules missing nf_conntrack_ipv6

openstack_host_kernel_modules setting for openstack_hosts role should include nf_conntrack_ipv6 for proper IPv6 filtering.

    Add IPv6 kernel module

    The nf_conntrack_ipv6 kernel module was missing and prohibiting proper
    IPv6 support. this change ensures the module is loaded by default.
