Bug Description

I installed stable/ocata on CentOS 7 and got the following error in the system journal after installing keepalived:

May 10 16:23:57 argon Keepalived_vrrp[11670]: VRRP_Script(pingable_check_script) succeeded
May 10 16:23:58 argon Keepalived_vrrp[11670]: VRRP_Instance(internal) Now in FAULT state
May 10 16:23:58 argon Keepalived_vrrp[11670]: VRRP_Instance(external) Now in FAULT state
May 10 16:24:02 argon Keepalived_vrrp[11670]: VRRP_Group(haproxy) Syncing instances to FAULT state

The haproxy check script failed because `killall` was missing. It comes from the `psmisc` package.
