Documentation bug: Rebuilding an AIO

The section "Rebuilding an AIO" doesn't describe how it is done for CentOS, it is Ubuntu specific (see the usage of "apt").

Recommendation: confirmed, wishlist.

OSA now supposed Ubuntu, makes sense that we would have AIO instructions for CentOS too. Do we have the bandwidth?
