[os_swift] swift doc references deprecated variable that no longer exist

Bug Description

the auth_identity_uri mentioned in these docs has been deprecated for a while and no longer exists in the OSA project. The correct variable to use there is keystone_service_internalurl.
Additionally, the document still references the Kilo v11 version at the top of the document.
