xtrabackup version in power architecture is not consistent with version in amd64

The version of xtrabackup in the galera_server role for power architecture is 2.2. It's fetched from [1]. We've recently updated the galera_server role with a more recent version of the percona tool [2] for the amd64 architecture.

For versions consistency, an upload to http://public.dhe.ibm.com/systems/virtualization/Novalink/misc/percona-xtrabackup/ and update of the role with the new link+chksum needs to be done.

    Update xtrabackup version for ppc64le

    This patch bumps the version of the percona xtrabackup tool for
    ppc64le to match the amd64 version. A playbook for building this
    in an automated way is also available on Github[1].
