A few nits to address from install guide testing:

1. http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-ansible/install-guide/deploymenthost.html
Configuring the network- "Configure the deployment host to be on the same network designated for container management". Can we specify what to configure?

2. http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-ansible/install-guide/deploymenthost.html Configuring the operating system. For consistency with the target hosts, add upgrade step:
"Upgrade system packages and kernel:

# apt-get dist-upgrade"

3. http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-ansible/install-guide/targethosts-prepare.html Deploying Secure Shell (SSH) keys. Step 2 - Specify command or reference links to testing public key authentication from deployment host to the target hosts.

4. http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-ansible/install-guide/targethosts-prepare.html. Consider changing the warning note to important.

5. http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-ansible/install-guide/app-targethosts-networkexample.html#test-environment. Copy-editing required.

6. http://docs.openstack.org/developer/openstack-ansible/install-guide/targethosts-networkconfig.html Modifying the network interfaces file. Add a step to reboot the server after modifying the interfaces file.
