Doc: Better clarification for container_interface in user_config

In the comment section for global_overrides, the "container_interface" option should be better clarified that it is not related to the host interfaces.

We were attempting to setup a cluster using VLANs and struggled with this for a bit because we had thought that "container_interface" was the same as the host vlan interfaces tied to their respective bridge interfaces. This lead to a bunch of VLAN errors and debugging.

Possibly add in something like:

"This is not related to the host interfaces."

Could you be more specific where you are talking about this "global_overrides" content?

We can back port a fix for Liberty/Mitaka here? But this content is not available in the Newton installation guide.
