[DOC] Missing values in the table of old and new variables

Old and new value of variable is not mentioned in the table
when the migrate_openstack_vars.py executes.

There is no variable for the moment, so it's normal that the table is empty.

However the table shouldn't be lying there empty, according to discussion we had at today's bug triage.

    Removed variable changes table from the doc.

    Empty table exists in the doc and needs a removal.
