Bug Description

Had an issue where internal_lb_vip_address was set on a br-mgmt interface. I know palendae was working on a sanity checker. This bug is to make sure it also checks against internal_lb_vip_address.

I think this is a good idea, but also realized after some conversation that I'll need to double check AIOs to see if they would fail this scenario, should it be added.

Maybe it should be a warning, or there might be some check we can make to see if we're on an AIO.
