OS_AUTH_VERSION is not affected.
The keystone client is reporting this error as following :

Correct OS_IDENTITY_ API_VERSION
The OS_IDENTITY_ API_VERSION need to be set to 2.0 instead of 2 when
using the Keystone Identity API version 2. Other settings are currently
not affected
