    Updates ansible role requirements script name

    This change fixes an issue where the ansible role requirements
    script in bootstrap-ansible.sh was referencing a script that no
    longer exists.

    Old Name:
      scripts/os-ansible-role-requirements.py

    New Name:
      scripts/openstack-ansible-role-requirements.py
