    More complete explanation of availability zones

    If you follow the documentation, you'll define
    the "cinder_default_availability_zone" in your
    openstack_user_config

    If you aren't in AIO this is gonna cause you
    issues (horizon fails to create volume in
    "Any availability zone")

    This clears the things up.
