Bug Description

Some customers, particularly those using LDAP-backed keystone, would like to be able to specify account names other than the defaults (admin, neutron, keystone, cinder, nova, etc...) in order to differentiate access between multiple environments using the same LDAP back-end.

This is a function of our Kilo and beyond branches. Being that we have this is an implemented feature we don't feel like this is an issue we're going to address for other releases, namely Juno. You can set the service name for a given OS service to whatever you want using host or user variables.

All of the OS services follow the same pattern outlined here -
