Ahh, as a package, I was thinking of config options... makes more sense.

The clients will choose an authentication type based on what's provided in the environment variables. Since we provide OS_USERNAME, the 'password' auth_type is already selected automatically. Do we need to explicitly specify OS_AUTH_TYPE in openrc for another reason?
