Bug Description

In Juno and Icehouse branches, the rpc_inventory.json and rpc_hostnames_ips.yml files should be sorted so that they're generated consistently between runs of Ansible playbooks or commands, making them easier to manage in source control.

    Sort dynamic inventory files in juno

    By enabling sort_keys for the files rpc_hostnames_ips.yml and
    rpc_inventory.json, both will now be sorted.
