Please add bash completion for the openstack clients

Please add bash completion for the openstack clients back. This is pretty much standard outside of osad.

We'll have to determine how this is supposed to be implemented to work, then ensure that it is.

+1 this would be a nice to have however to @Bjoern 's point this is not standard anywhere in OpenStack except when installing the clients using the distros packages and its only added as part of their install due to there post install scripts. When installing the clients through pip or via python source, which we are, as they were designed, this is not standard at all.
