Please add keystone_ec2_url to nova.conf to enable nova EC2 api compatibility.

We are looking for juno. Please don't change bugs to wont fix without reason

Reason is that the ec2 api is being deprecated, which is something that we've touched on and talked about a bunch. as such we're not interested in enabling the EC2 api within nova. Along those lines, running any EC2 compatibility should be done using [ https://github.com/stackforge/ec2-api ].
