Nova spice_console container are not cleaned up with Kilo upgrade

Nova spice_console container are not cleaned up with Kilo upgrade. Please cleanup the container as the very last step once setup-openstack.yml runs. It's probably a good idea to archive those.

The run-upgrade.sh script does clean up the console containers. When you performed the upgrade were you using that script? Reference: https://github.com/stackforge/os-ansible-deployment/blob/master/scripts/run-upgrade.sh#L303-L309

Yes I was using the script until it bailed out setup-infrastructure.yml playbook since we encountered the repo issue. Currently I have no environment to rerun the upgrade again so I it'll be a while until I can re-test it again.

please re-verify. Through the use of the script the containers for nova_spice_console should be cleaned up based on this line: https://github.com/stackforge/os-ansible-deployment/blob/master/scripts/run-upgrade.sh#L310
