run-tempest script says 'running smoke tests' regardless of test list

The script outputs "Running OpenStack smoke tests", regardless of which tempest test list it's running. because 'smoke tests' actually refers to a specific set of tempest tests, this could be confusing for an end user.
needs to change to something more generic, or maybe the name of the test list.
