Bug Description
Currently, playbooks/
Ideally, it would go into a little more depth about why packages may show up there, what the delineation between files is, and maybe some mention of yaprt.
The reasoning behind this is to provide a reminder for contributors who don't touch the repo functionality often, as well as to serve as a reference to point new contributors towards.
