Update README notes to reflect the upstream ansible-lxc module merge

Bug Description
Currently, the README notes reference a pull request for integrating our ansible lxc module into Ansible proper. This has been done and it is under ansible-
I'd suggest updating the notes to say that the module is merged and where it's located, but also point out that were are not (yet) dependent on it.

Update README to reflect state of the lxc module
The pull request in upstream Ansible was merged, so we should
communicate the most current state of the code.
