Bug Description

In roles/host_interfaces/templates/interfaces_gen.j2, the bonded interface stanza includes ``bond-slaves none``. This should be changed to list the bonded slave interfaces.

This is necessary in case there's an issue with bringing up the bonded interface, as we found in a lab when ifenslave-2.6 was missing.

The description for the "ifenslave-2.6" package on Ubuntu is rather misleading.

"Description-en: transitional package, use "ifenslave"
This is a transitional package to aid migration to "ifenslave".
It can be safely removed from the system once nothing depends on it"

Hence, the instructions mention the "ifenslave" package which actually installs version 2.4.

In the master branch the role "host_interfaces" was removed. The role was removed due to the general incompatibilities created within the role. Work on a blueprint to reimplement this functionality is in progress and this issue should be referenced within that blueprint.

Setting to won't fix as this is a host setup issue. In openstack-ansible we expect that the host is already setup.
