Update websocketd install instructions - Version 0.4.1

The latest websocketd version is 0.4.1 which was released in January 2021, vs the listed version 0.3.0 from Dec 2017.

Any changes appear to be minor, and there was some feedback from the dev list that newer versions should be fine. [1]

Debian 11.5 includes websocketd 0.4.1 as a package also, which simplifies the install a bit.

The github repo at https://github.com/joewalnes/websocketd seems more active than the website at http://websocketd.com/

I'll take a look at which supported platforms have packages and update the docs.

Debian Bookworm 12.1 also includes Websocketd 0.4.1, no changes from Debian Bullseye 11.
