Docs: Installation instructions for websocketd assume that you have already installed an SSL cert in /etc/apache2/ssl

Bug Description

In the OpenSRF 3.1 instructions, there are two options for websockets listed. Option 2 (websocketd), step 2b provides a command for running websocketd without a proxy, which references an SSL cert at /etc/apache2/ssl/server.crt. Unfortunately, the documentation only tells people using Option 1 to install that SSL cert, so users haven't installed a cert yet at this point in the install instructions.
