SubRequests need to inherit chunking/bundling values from parent Request

Bug Description

When a SubRequest is created in respond_directly mode (manually, or via ->dispatch()) it needs to know what bundling/chunking limits to apply, or bundling can cause overruns for ejabberd. Branch forthcoming to implement this.

This clears up some warning messages I was seeing with OpenSRF 2.5.0-alpha. Pushed to master for great justice!
