Bug Description
An OpenSRF service un-registering from routers -- sending the 'unregister' router command to all known routers -- removes the service from the pool of available services on the routers. This allows the service to stop taking new requests, while allowing any active drone processes to complete their tasks.
Here is a branch which captures SIGUSR1 as the un-register signal for Perl and C.
