Bug Description

I've edited a video that is 3.14 seconds long. After exporting it with the following settings on the 'Simple' tab:

- All formats
- Webm
- VGA NTSC
- Medium

the exported video ends up being 2.3 seconds long, i.e. nearly a second shorter. The same happens if I choose Ogg instead of Webm.

Note: I've seen this asked on https://answers.launchpad.net/openshot/+question/165355, but neither I have found a solution, nor I've seen a bug for it.

I have exported a 7 mins Openshot video project to webm, ogg, and mov(mp4) formats.

mov video was stable. size 775MB
ogg video had some audio shuttering. size 687MB
webm video had large sections missing. size 219MB

I concur with @DavidPlanella observation that there are issues with exporting to webm and ogg formats.
