Effect Squareblur

Hi,

I created a new effect called Squareblur (based on the Frei0r) .

Not sure about adding this one, it doesn't seem to give any different results than the existing blur effect.

Strange, that was working great when I have created it. I will go to take a

It is two differents effects even if they blur the both a film but the first seems to blur like an ou-of-focus camera and the second used some square to blur.
Here a new patch which replace the previous adjusting parameter to have a different view.
