Bug Description

Moving along the timeline with the scrollbar feels unfamiliar and awkward.
The scrollbar should:
1) do small steps when the end arrows of the scrollbar are clicked
2) do large steps when any other part of the scrollbar is clicked.

Compare scrollbars with browsers such as firefox and chromium.
For (2) the size of the jump appears to be 1/2 the slider (chromium) and 1 slider (firefox)

Perhaps someone with more knowledge about this could clarify how large the jumps should be.

openshot 1.4.0-1 from PPA on 10.04 LTS lucid.

Since when is usability a low priority for openshot?

Development seems to be focused on new features and not being a solid product. See all the open bugs for proof.

Don't worry for that. I marked Triaged and low and after in whihslit.
Anyway, we (the core engine of the project) have some meeting bi-weekly and we'll speak together of this one (like the others) on a future reunion. But I can tell you when.
Even we are focused on the future BIG version of Openshot but not only that. We don't forget the rest.
Like this, we can have the both and same track/clean all the all bugs which are not yet committed.
Think that we are all just some volunteers which give to this project a (who have said a big ?) part of our waste time.
Thanks for your participation and the interest that you have to improve this project.
Olivier.
