+1 on this, I really miss it a lot. Trying to somehow "simulate" Ken Burns via zooming and offset values is simply awkward. It would be very nice to somehow have sensible "automagic" (random) values and be able to specify the effect manually, say, like by specifying a "start" rectangle and "end" rectangle on the image itself.
