Comment 2 for bug 535334

I have added tool-tips for all labels on the export screen, and ellipsis for long labels. I also did the same thing for effects settings on the clip properties screen. Effects have many different label lengths, so the same problem existed there. Hopefully we'll get this deployed soon. =)
