Bug Description
When a clip is resized, the name of file is not visible anymore. Showing (at least) the file name in a hint, will be very helpful.

Due to technical reasons, we have been unable to add traditional GTK tooltips over clips. After discussing this with a few OpenShot developers, we decided to wait until GTK3, and see if a new version of goocanvas + GTK3 will provide better tooltip support.
