Bug Description
When a add a ogv file to a track, or even when a add it to the file list, it shows itself as a blank video (white). If a play de video or drag the timeline, it eventually shows correctly, but it happens again if I start over.
I'm using Openshot 0.9.42 on Jaunty.

This is a duplicate bug.
It can happen on other formats as well, and can sometimes be at the beginning or at the end of a clip.
