File properties no longer works

Bug Description
When selecting 'File Properties' on a thumbnail in the project, no properties are displayed.
Error in terminal:
AttributeError: OpenShotFile instance has no attribute 'mimetype'
This is due to the move to MLT from GStreamer and the file attributes changing.
I can take a look at re-doing the file properties to take into account the new file attributes.
