Bug Description
We can't stretch the timeline unless we add longs clips in a new track, or add a new short clip to a current track with the snapping function.

We currently have a 10 minute limit on our timeline... for no good reason. We will be addressing this in our next set of updates. I will update this bug when we have committed this fix.
