Bug Description
Old version: Add video, select DVD PAL Widescreen format (for TV that doesn't support HD), video exports and fills the width of screen and only black bars top & bottom if source is not full-height.
New version, same process but the output is in a framed black box, ie. doesn't fill the width. Can't use Openshot anymore because of this.
