Bug Description

Video on timeline plays at double speed. Often cannot change it. If I set it at half, there is no sound. The program often locks up. i7, with lots of ram and nothing else running. ogv file

ubuntu 16.04 64 bit
OpenShot 1.4.3

 1) Yes, this video plays fine and seeks correctly using ffplay.
 2) Yes, it does work in melt. It still flashes white.
 3) Here are the details from ffmpeg about my video:
