Bug Description

OS: Win 10 build 10586.318 (64bit)
OpenShot version 2.0.7 installed using the windows .msi package downloaded from the official website (http://www.openshot.org/download/). I have no idea about FFmpeg on my system as I have not installed it by my self (I think that comes with the installer) I could not find any information about FFmpeg requirements.

launch.exe has stopped working is the main message given by microsoft visual c++ runtime library. The precise message is:

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\OpenShot Video Editor\launch.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I have Visual Studio community edition installed with Visual C++ and .NET tools so that could be part of the problem as I have had problems with the Visual Studio messing up with the runtime libraries before, but all my other applications and games work just fine at the moment.

It seems like you're encountering a runtime error with OpenShot Video Editor. Have you tried reinstalling OpenShot or updating your Visual C++ libraries? Sometimes, these issues can be resolved by ensuring all software components are up to date. You can find the latest version of OpenShot here. https://calculadoraalicia.mx/ 😊
