Bug Description
Either the audio is 0.2s early during editing, or it is 0.2s late after export to video file.
I tried both mov av264 and mp4 av264.
OpenShot 1.4.3
Linux ubuntu64 4.2.0-34-generic #39-Ubuntu SMP Thu Mar 10 22:13:01 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
installed with apt-get onto ubuntu.
