OpenShot crash

OpenShot version: 1.4.3
MELT version: melt 0.9.3
FFmpeg version: Don't find any FFmpeg. Only found ffmpegthumbnailer.

My report:-
-- After the app simply crash after the second time, thus, I decided to open it from the command line to see what's happening.

Never seen this issue with a wav file.....

OpenShot v1.4.3 does not use libopenshot-audio.
