Save last used dialog settings for convenience

Bug Description

Whenever I am creating a new title, or adding a picture/title/video to the timeline, I am prompted for various settings, ie the default title, or the fade time (2.00 seconds), or the default top/bottom track (2 and 1).

Instead of always reading these default values from the sourcecode .py files, it would be really convenient if the application somehow "remembered" the last used value for "fade time", type of fade ("Fade In & Out"), etc... basically, shortcuts for doing repetitive operations. It would save a tremendous amount of time when making a video with lots of clips (my case, 5 second screenshots), lots of titles (ie annotations/subtitles), etc. It would just "remember" what I said last time the dialog was open so I could just press OK instead of tweaking the items every single time. In my case, I've found that a 1 second fade in/out is more useful for my videos, but it's annoying to have to type in 1.00 every single time.
