merging two or more clips cause soundtrack shift

when merging two clips, the soundtrack - audio gets shifted \ offset in one of the merged parts in the output file
Arch: 64 bits
OS: Debian Wheezy
Ins method: apt-get + deb
version: 1.4.3
ffmpeg: 0.8.6-6:0.8.6-1
ffmpeg inst. method apt-get

maybe some incompatability issue with the avconv vs the 'real' ffmpeg...
